An auction (SALPILA) in favour to fund the New Year celebration 2012, Jetavana Vihara Birmingham

The Sri Lankan New Year Organizing committee of Jetavana Buddhist Vihara, Birmingham met last week to discuss the future organizing steps of the Sri Lankan New Year Celebration that scheduled to be held on 22nd April 2012.

In the meeting the members of the committee pointed out the value of introducing an auction (SALPILA) in favour to collect funds for the expenses of the programme.
So this auction will be held on 18th March 2012 at 2.00pm at Jetavana Vihara premises.

Those who wish to donate/offer any materials for this auction are required to hand their items to temple on or before 1.00pm 18th March 2012.
